We ship worldwide by DHL Fedex, UPS, and China Post. We aim to dispatch your item(s) within 3-4 working days and you can expect to receive the item within 7-14 working days after dispatch. It may take 7-25 days to arrive if shipped by China Post.

Where do we ship to? 

We mainly ship to the USA and this list of countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe (England, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Norway), Asia (Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc), We also deliver to Most of the countries in East Europe, South America, Middle East, and Africa and If you do not see your country listed, please get in touch with us and we will make it happen!

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Orders are fulfilled in our warehouses in China and sent out within 48-72 hours of receiving payment.
• For orders over $150, we usually choose DHL, FedEx, and UPS for shipping, Express shipping takes up to 7-15 business days;
• For orders under $100, we usually choose China Post for shipping, Express shipping takes up to 7-25 business days;
• Delivery times may vary by location, holidays, disaster, and weather.
• Orders are shipped in the order they are received throughout the workweek. If part of your order contains a back-ordered item, we may ship items separately. Just so you know, you will be notified via email if we do this to get prior approval.

How do I track my order? 

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out. The courier we use depends on your shipping destination. You can track your package on our website or track it on a specific brand, such as USPS, DHL, and other reliable shipping companies’ websites by entering the tracking number we provided.

For how long is my parcel at Parcel Service?

DHL will keep your parcel for seven (7) days before they return your parcel to us.
Therefore, we recommend that you pick up your parcel as quick as possible after you received your delivery notification.

Return Shipping 

1).If the return is caused by our reasons, such as sending the wrong goods or having quality issues, we will bear the return shipping cost
2). If it is due to your reasons, such as not carefully checking the size information or not wanting it after shipment, etc. You are responsible for any shipping fees in a return.

Import Taxes & VAT for International Orders

For all other shipping destinations prices are to be considered exclusive of all taxes and duties. The recipient is liable to all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the shipping destination to release the order from customs clearance on arrival. Please confirm with local authorities for the tax/duties imposed before placing an order as we are unable to advise the amount.
