Our Brand Story

Where Tradition Meets Modernity
In the bustling silk markets of 1920s Shanghai, a young seamstress named Wang Huiying revolutionized women's fashion by transforming the rigid Manchurian robe into what we now cherish as the qipao. A century later,QipaoCheongsam rekindles her pioneering spirit, crafting cheongsam dresses that honor ancestral craftsmanship while empowering today’s global woman.
The Artisan's Promise
Every Qipaocheongsam qipao begins where true luxury is born – in silence. Our master tailors in Suzhou, descendants of imperial robe makers, spend 72 hours hand-stitching each garment using techniques unchanged since the Ming Dynasty. The whisper of silk against bamboo looms, the mathematical precision of 18-button closures, the alchemy of transforming 3.5 meters of fabric into a second skin – this is our temple of creation.
