How to Choose the Right Size for a Qipao (Cheongsam)?

Selecting the correct size for a qipao ensures a flattering and comfortable fit. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. Take Accurate Measurements

Use a soft measuring tape and measure over lightweight clothing. Key measurements include:

Bust:

Measure around the fullest part.

Waist:

Measure at the narrowest point (usually above the navel).

Hips:

Measure around the widest part.

Length:

Shoulder-to-hem (for dress length) or waist-to-hem (for skirts).

2. Compare with Size Charts
